Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No, we only ship within Australia.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We have a bunch of ways to pay; Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and zipPay.

Q: Do you sell gift cards online?
A: No, we only sell gift cards in-store.

Q: I'm having trouble with part fitments for my motorcycle, can you help push me in the right direct?
A: Yes! Fitment can be a little tricky when shopping online, we are happy to help you with all your fitment needs. Send an email to us at with your model and year of Harley-Davidson and let us know what you're looking for. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Do you sell helmets online?
A: No, we want you to be as safe as possible. Once a helmet leaves our store we don't know how it is handled and we don't want to risk your safety. Our helmets are available in-store.

Q: Has my order shipped?
A: As soon as your order has shipped you should receive an email with all your tracking needs. Please note that we do our best to have every item shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. In peak times it can be 3-5 business days but all effort is made to get orders out in a timely manner. Some items may ship from multiple locations, in which case you will receive multiple deliveries.

Q: Why isn't my tracking number working?
A: It's okay! Sometimes tracking numbers take up to 24 hours to scan in to the postal companies system. If the tracking number is still showing as invalid after 24 hours please reach out to us at and we will do some investigating.

Q: How do I return an item I have purchased online?
A: Please send an email to and we will help you through the return process. Please keep in mind that returns may take 1-2 weeks to be finalised. We cannot provide returns on electrical items, under garments, helmets, used/fitted parts or clearance items.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please let us know straight away! Send an email to, with a description about the issue. If possible please send us a clear photo of the damage.
